Some chick (? You can never tell online... ) is having a big contest on Gaia and she's offering a lot of gil to the winners for drawing her characters. I don't like Gaia enough to spend actual money on it, but I will draw to get fake money... ha, it TOTALLY makes sense. (well, it does to me... @_@) Plus, I like drawing other people's original characters. : ) The tall one reminds me of the girl from Lucky Star. ^_^ I forgot to draw April's (the one on the right) glasses in this black and white sketch, but as you can see, I remembered them in time for the colored version. : )
I really wanted to give it some kind of background, really I did, but I think that Hannah's (the one on the left) pose wore me out, drawing-wise. Yes, I know it's a lame excuse, but the ending of Last Exile made no sense. So there. ><
